How long have you been in business?
Ana has been in business for 32 years. The agents have been in business for a combined 116 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential real estate, specializing in relocation, both corporate and governmental. We also do residential leasing, commercial selling and leasing, and industrial selling and leasing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got my license in 1983. I did not expect to make real estate my full-time business until a few years later. I was a housewife and mom prior to coming into the industry. My daughter joined me as my partner and manager after getting her degree in Boston, and working for Televisa in Mexico City. She is the best manager in our city, constantly searching for ways to better our service to our clients and managing the office. She is awesome!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take pride in our integrity and our service to our clients, including many corporations relocating employees. These companies have very strict standards of performance, and we fulfill their trust. Our listed homes show beautifully, as we always stage them before we start showing them. We always do a written market analysis for our sellers to show them the current market and advise them on positioning their home to get it sold. We also provide market analyses for our buyer clients. We stay in touch with our customers and clients on a regular basis, and respond to all calls within a 24 hour period.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office in Plantation Square, just North of the intersection of McPherson and Del Mar.

If you are traveling North on McPherson, go past Del Mar, and our office will be in the last building on the right, just before the traffic light into Plantation.
What type of payments do you accept?
We are paid by sellers and landlords. We do not charge buyers and tenants for our services.
Which areas do you service?
The entire city of Laredo.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is a corporation and Ana Ochoa is the officer for the corporation. Elizabeth O'Conor, the other partner, runs the office.
What are your hours of operation?
We open at 9am. Our receptionist leaves at 5:30, but we connect the lines to the agent on call. We do the same thing on weekends. We do not have an answering service; the calls will be answered by the assigned agent unless he or she is on the phone with someone else at the time. If this is the case, the person calling will get a response within minutes.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they trust our work, so they refer us to other people needing our services. If they trust us, they feel free to recommend us. Many of these former clients become dear friends as a result of our close interaction, trust, and love for one another.
