We train kids in the wonderful sport of gymnastics. We start accepting children when they are 3 years old and currently have classes for ages 3 to 17. We plan on starting adult classes soon. Please call or e-mail for more information.

How long have you been in business?
SUJA Escuela de Gimnasia Artistica opened its doors 20 years ago in Mexico and they recently a new location in Laredo, TX about 2 years ago.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I (Coach Paul-Owner of gym in Laredo, TX) started training in gymnastics while in the second grade. I was a competitive gymnast and made it all the way to nationals. I have been a trainer for over 5 years now and love what I do.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most places in Laredo, TX that say they teach "gymnastics" offer only tumbling. Tumbling is only one aspect of this amazing and intense sport. At SUJA Gymnastics Center we offer all four events used in women's gymnastics and some of the event's used in men's; we plan on having all the equipment soon.
What are your hours of operation?
Our summer schedule is 12:30pm-9:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 1:00pm-9:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Fall semester schedule is still pending.
