What is your primary product or service?
We are a team of cleaning specialists dedicated to promote the best janitorial job in the city. We are professional, timely, and always maintain consistent contact with our clients to assure all expectations are met. Our strive is not only to be the most affordable team, but also provide our own cleaning chemicals, and equipment to complete the job. The only thing we request and advise our clients is to sit back and let us finish "Taking care of it, so you don't have to."
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've worked with the state of Texas a little over 5 years. My primary goal was to provide substanial amount of work within a specified time frame to assure client satisfaction. In addition to working with the state, most of my previous employers were consistently addressing client concerns, or assuring they are each satisfied with any services we provided. In the same manner I wish to take my years of experience under my own business. I believe I have an advantage over my competitors in the sense I spend more time listening to what the client wants, as opposed to making a quick buck. Trust me I'd rather invest my time into assuring excellent work quality and backing my reputation than anything else. I need to prove to the people I am not only better than my competition, I truly want everyone to say and trust that I am the best.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My goal is to reach as many clients as possible. Currently my advantage is that I'm always finding new ways to promote myself online, and more importantly personally taking client concerns, if any. I build rapport; I truly understand my client's diverse situation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Laredo, Tx and Corpus Christi, Tx. Yes, we are seeing our company as a business that will provide incredible service nationwide. Although, for right now we are here to prove to our community we are doing the best we can to ensure quality.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are at the entrance of Mines Rd. If you are within Mines Rd, and are attempting to get on the bridge over the railroad tracks which leads you into I35, our office is located RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE of the ramp. We are located inside one of the suites a white, orange, and blue U-Haul mobile home.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We are currently services 60 mile range within Laredo.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are two owners, Victor Navarro and Eduardo Martinez.
What are your hours of operation?
we are generally out working by 6am until midnight. We may be contacted by phone 24hrs a day/7days a week. We can and will accomodate to other working hours if needed.
